This is your safe space to come as you are, to hold and be held while we navigate the complexities of life, money, spirit and business together.
We'll gather, ground, regulate, and get real about money together. Because money can feel heavy. It's even heavier when you're running a business. And it can feel downright impossible when your work is rooted in healing, service, and spirit.

Ground & Regulate — We open with grounding flowing with the vibe: sometimes movement or breath, but always intention to settle the nervous system before we ever look at a number
